Any good moisturizer in the winter time for lupus patients ?

Most are Fine: Dry skin, along with dry eyes and mouth are common in lupus patients. The dry skin tends to be worse in the winter months because of the cold dry air outside and forced hot air inside. I would use a cold water humidifier in your bedroom. Most of the over the counter skin moisturizers are safe to use in lupus patients. (Curel, Eucerin, Etc).
