See below: There are no lymph nodes on the back of the arm. Since you are feeling the same bump on both sides you are likely feeling some other normal structure. Try not to worry about it excessively. It's likely the pain is from a muscle strain, etc. Hodgkins Lymphoma usually presents as painless enlargement of cervical or supra-clavicular lymph nodes.
