I wouldn't: I consider Vicks an air pollutant and more likely to aggravate the problem. I don't ever recommend it under school age. There is a nasal saline gel made by AYR that can be placed in the front of each nostril and sniffed in. It hydrates the nasal membranes and often stops random nose bleeds.
