my left lower ribs stick out farther than my right. when compared both sides while laying down the left feels significantly different, but no pain..?

Scoliosis: Most likely cause might be idiopathic scoliosis That would cause the asymmetry without pain or an injuiry Id start with an exam and xray and go from there
