A 27-year-old female asked:
Disclaimer

i've been having dull pain under my rib cage on my lower right side back for the past 2 weeks, normally occurs while laying down any suggestions?

Dr. James Henning
49 years experience Anesthesiology
Notice : If the dull pain is intermittent or steady, clearly localized or diffuse, related to any pressure on your back or side, increases (or decreases) with deep breathing, gets worse with you touching or palpating, associated with urination, menstrual cycle, upper GI symptoms. As you see, the range of possibilities is wide. But, unremitting pain for 2 should be evaluated.
