Why?: Why do you have recession and why do you grind your teeth? May or may not be related. Consult w Periodontist, a gum/bone specialist to determine cause and appropriate treatment. Fillings may be advisable, but it would be a waste to restore teeth and not resolve cause of damage. Seek more information.
