Is there any other painkiller that is strong enough like celebrax and arcoxia?

Pain relievers: Both celebrex (celecoxib) & arcoxia are COX-2 inhibitors and are indicated for pain relief in certain medical conditions. An alternative medication: Tramadol works thru other pathways: a weak mu agonist (opioid MOA), as well as inhibiting selective serotonin and norepinephrine uptake and inhibiting NMDA receptor activity. All these may have serious SE's and should only be used under physicians orders.
