Feeling my heartbeat in stomach for over a week with some pain. i have also been feeling just blah. did get a ct scan, was negative. still concerned?

Resolving GI bug?: The most concerning thing about "feeling heartbeat in stomach" is a prominent pulse of the aorta possibly associated with an aneurysm. This would be VERY unusual in a 25 year old. But I presume this was excluded in the CT scan. So then we are left with some abdominal pain & the blah's. Keep up hydration, eat a slightly bland diet, exercise but don't overdo, and consider ?? mood issues/depression?
