Growing pains?: Has your rib cage grows and your lungs expand, There are various unusual aches and pains associated. I highly recommend you stop smoking. Less than 25% of people smoke now a days and you are in the minority. A dry cough is particularly bad in such a young history of smoking. A chest x-ray might be valuable
