Trauma...: Rough sex can cause slight trauma to the vagina. You can get scratches, chaffing, fissures, etc. These can be painful. Time will usually take care of the problem. The area is designed to handle the trauma of sex and childbirth, but I have had to put in stitches on rare occasions. If it's not getting better quickly, see your gyn. Play nice next time.
