A member asked:

If a vagina hurts the next day after being fingered what could that mean?

Vaginal pain: If could be from you or your partner being too aggressive with the fingering or a nail may cause a laceration or abrasion inside. It could also be you weren't well lubricated during the act.

Post-coital pain: Digitation of the Vagina may produce mucosal trauma, and as a result cause pain. If this discomfort continues please obtain a formal examianton by your internist and/or GYN specialist. Until then, it is best to abstain from any sexual activity.
