Read Insert...: With most types of pills, if you miss two pills in a row, you should take two as soon as you remember and two the next day, then 1 a day until you finish the pack. (Read the insert that came with your specific pill to be sure.) You should use condoms (or other back-up method) until your next period. Expect breakthrough bleeding. High: Having missed two birth control pills you have to play it safe and assume that you may ovulate during this cycle. Continue taking your pills, don't stop when you experience breakthrough bleeding. The antibiotic does not really make a difference in the larger scheme of things.
