Hello good day i have a question please..i am been on birth control for a few months..its a 21 days pack but this month i didn't get a withdrawal bleed on my pill free days..i didn't miss any pills..could i be pregnant?

While pregnancy is always "possible", it is unlikely. The absence of withdrawal bleeding during the "placebo" portion of a bcp cycle may simply reflect minimal growth of the endometrial lining resulting in "absent" but minimal (non-visualized) bleeding. Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain.
