Probably: You may have pressure from swelling/congestion in your right maxillary sinus or you may have developed a sinus infection. For relief, you can try an over the counter decongestant spray (no more than 3 days), steroid nasal spray (especially if you think it might be allergies) or even saline spray may help. If it worsens, or doesn't go away within a few weeks you should see your doctor.

Nasal /sinus congest: Possibly. When you lie down the fluid from your nose drips down( gravity) to your sinuses as they are below the nose when supine . The laryngitis can be viral or irritation from PND like a leaky faucet. Keep head of bed at 30 degrees consider antihistamines. Now with sinus pain you may have an infection and need antibiotics. Swelling around the eye is urgent . F/U with doc/urgent care

Probably: Yes, the pain under your eye could be coming from sinus congestion. You maxillary sinuses are under the eyes and it is not uncommon for you to get sinus congestion along with nasal congestion. Try decongestants if you do not have high blood pressure and nasal saline to help with this congestion. If it persists see your doctor.
