Compare vitamin e d-alpha tocopheryl acetate vs d-alpha tocopherol?

Not sure: The only distinction I am aware of is the difference between dl-alpha tocopherol and d-alpha-tocopherol. I always remeber the best one this way dl = "darn lousy". This is claimed due to supposed poor absorption of the dl form.
