TMD: Yes, temporo mandibular joint disorder may cause refered pain in all of those areas mentioned because they are interconnected by the Trigeminal Nerve. See your dentist for a comprehensive exam and to ask about an occlusal splint and therapy to get you out of pain.

Possibly: The nose and eye not so much. Probably. I'd probably get an Ent opinion to make sure. If it is TMJ, and symptoms trouble you. See TMJ spcialist Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.

Midface Migraine: Although migraine is usually considered a headache, it can also present as facial pain, jaw and/or the maxillary sinus which often confuses the diagnosis. TMJ is continuous pain, not 2-3 times/week. See your PCP for Imitrex (sumatriptan) test.
