These are both: asthma medications and should only be used if prescribed/recommended by your child's doctor after being examined. They are not the treatments for the cold/upper respiratory infection that it sounds like she has.

Not recommended: I wouldn't recommend using those medications unless you talk with your child's pediatrician. It sounds like your child has a cold, possibly a sinus infection. The Montair Ic is a combination allergy medication and the deriphyllin is an asthma medication that has a narrow safety margin - should not be administered without your child's doctor's direct supervision.
