Yes: Yes there is a risk of both pregnancy and STD. This is precisely the situation for which emergency contraception is designed. If it has been less than 72 hours this is an option ( best if less than 24hr.). It is also a good reminder that you need to start a more reliable method of contraception and just use condoms to decrease the risk of STDs. Good luck.
