If a head & neck ct with contrast didn't show anything 6 months ago, what is the likelihood it would now? still having pain and still no diagnosis.

Unlikely: Repeating a head CT would probably not show anything different if it was clear 6 mos ago. If the pain is severe your doctors might want to consider MRI which shows the soft tissue of the brain better than CT and gives you no radiation exposure. I hope you get some relief soon.
