Yes: Tikosyn (dofetilide) is available only in restricted use for the treatment of atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter. It must be given in a hospital setting where the patient's electrocardiogram and kidney function are monitored for three days. Physicians must take a special course before using it. It is rarely used.
