Acne cyst: Acne can present as small clogged pores, white heads and black heads, and also can present as pimples and large nodules, called acne cysts. They are caused by a damaged and inflamed hair follicle, and squeezing the lesion, only causes more damage to the surrounding skin, and placing tooth paste will only irritate and burn the skin and leave a bruise and dark mark, like you have right now.
