My father (68)had ishaemic stroke 10 days ago . his fibrinogen now is 900 it must be 200-400). for how long will it be so high.?

Cause not effect: The high fibrinogen may well be the cause of the stroke rather than a result of the stroke and how long it lasts depends on why it is high. Hope he's doing well.
