Need more specifics.: For how long? Is it sharp/dull/pressing/heaviness? What brought it on? Any other symptoms with it? Intermittent or constant? Something called "heart pain" obviously worries us doctors, so it would be advisable to get an accurate diagnosis right away, locally or virtually.
