I'm having heart palpations. what could that mean?

Heart: Palpitations mean awareness of ur heartbeat. May be due to anxiety, episodes atrial fibrillation, conditions vavle( mitral valve common in women). Describe the how why what and where of their occurrence and have physician evaluate u by history and physical. Common sense. May be due anxiety alone or more serious problems.
