Moderation is key: the fat content in red meat can lead to atherosclerosis or hardening of your arteries which is a major risk factor for heart attacks and strokes. eat some but match it will vegetables

Moderation: Meat is not bad per se. However you need to have a balanced diet. Meat is not essential for a normal balanced diet. Too much red meat may not be good for your health.
