Cover your cough: first make sure to cover your cough with your hand or a piece of cloth make sure to wash your hand often and use anti septic solution if available there a lot or reason for dry cough most of it is not related to lungs like reflux from stomach can cause dry cough.allergy sinusitis can cause a dry cough,medication can cause a dry cough so go and see a doctor if persisted to r/o more serious illness.
