Spondylosis : If the term is spondylosis or degeneration of the spine, there are no restrictions. Sometimes degenerative changes lead to subtle instability known as a spondylolithesis which if no symptoms , no restrictions. A fracture is known as a spondylolysis and needs to be treated usually with a brace if non displaced.
