Unclear Question: there is no relationship between Bactrim, (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) a sulfa drug and Amoxicillin, a penicillin based drug. Your body does not become immune to either drug. You may develop an allergy, but they are not cross reactive. Bacteria may develop resistance, which you could call immunity, to an antibiotic. Both these drugs are antibiotics. Whether bacteria become resistant has nothing to do with you.
