I just ate way too much food and now i feel a little nauseous and have a headache. how can i feel better?

Digestion: go for a nice leisurely walk- it takes time to digest the food, sometimes up to three to six hours. Walking and being upright will help with the digestion. As for the headache, it could be related to something you ate- since I don't know what you ate, its hard to advise. Try to do no harm here/

Time to rest: Sit up, don't lie down. Rest and take slow easy breaths, and allow the sensations to pass. Sometimes small sips of hot liquids may help, but only as small sips. Hope that helps.
