Jock itch rash: the groin is a delicate area that is easily bothered by heat, sweating, detergents, and other chemicals.Lotrimin (clotrimazole) is an antifungal treatment that often helps jock itch fungus and yeast, so if it has not helped, you may have an allergy to detergents, soaps or fabric softeners and not a fungus or yeast. Keep area dry with witch hazel, and apply hydrocortisone cream 1% several times a day.
