Unprotected?: If you have had unprotected sexual intercourse, there is always a possibility. Monitor your cycles and if in doubt, see your GYM for a pelvic exam and and a blood pregnancy test (HCG).

Possible: The cramping suggests that your period is about to start but if you have been having unprotected intercourse you certainly could be pregnant. There is some normal variation in cycle length and that probably plays a part in this. It could mean you ovulated later and are still pregnant. Repeat your test in 3-5 days if your period still hasn't started.

Yes: You could or you could have a blighted ovum. A very early ( less than a week) miscarriage. I would wait until you are 7-10 days late and repeat pregnancy test then.
