No: With 2 pregnancy tests you are not pregnant. You could just have a late period or an infection. See your doctor.

Pregnancy: If you had 2 negative tests then it is unlikely that you are pregnant but not impossible. The cramping may be a sign that you are about to start your period and it may be heavier than usual since your are late. If you do not start soon you should see your doctor for a blood test.
