Not really: adhesion is not a bad thing it is the way your body heal so by itself it is not a problem the problem happen when somebody get many surgeries then too many adhesion in different direction could be a problem the other is adhesion from infection with and without surgeries like women can get adhesion from having PID pelvic inflammatery disease of course we hear about bad adhesion from ruptured bowels

Not likely: C-sections are done through very small incisions and are not at risk for formation of adhesions in the absence of other inflammatory diseases of the pelvis. You do not have to expect issues with adhesions after a routine C-section.

Maybe, and no: Adhesions, or scar tissue, are a natural part of the healing process, and can occur after any operation, including c-sections. They usually don't cause a problem, but could lead to a blockage of the small intestine in the future. There is nothing you can do to reduce the already low chance of this, so no need to worry.
