Headache: The "worst headache ever" potentially could be due to a ruptured aneurysm or other serious intracranial pathology. Evaluation involves scanning (mri, ct) of the brain. Also, lumbar puncture may be recommended to rule out meningitis or bleeding. Hopefully you are just having a migraine. Of course, immediate evaluation is necessary for your complaint!
