Go to an ER: If your doctor hasn't prescribed an appropriate migraine drug, like Zomig (zolmitriptan) or another similar drug, you are having status migranosis which can have serious complications and you need to seek medical attention and not ask strangers online for advice, doctors or not, since they don't know your history, what meds you are on, what works for you and what doesn't, and whether there are abuse concerns.

Time to stop HA's: You could stop each individual event with a triptan if taken early or perhaps Cambia if taken later. But prevention might be the best approach, and there is some flavor of cluster headaches described. We do have excellent preventative drugs, both prescription, and OTC. Would a Concierge visit help guide you to solutions?
