Does anyone know roughly how much getting tested for infertility costs (for couple)?

It varies: The cost varies considerably, depending on multiple factors. In some states (like ma), insurance must cover it. In other states, insurance pays for testing but not treatment. Each fertility center has its own fees, too. At my center (sfirm), we do everything possible to minimize any costs to make testing/treatment as affordable as possible. :-).
