You are OK: Hi Karen, Since Azithromycin and fluconazole attack different organisms, I do not believe that either drug will interfere with the other. You may, however need additional treatment for the yeast since the antibiotic is very effective in getting rid of the yeast's competition. This enables overgrowth of yeast. It may not happen but it could.
