Your body is already: Since the implant "was in 3 years over ...", its content of the progestin hormone was probably used up and therefore you have had your body "back to your normal" all that time. Consult your gynecologist if you are concerned about your menses, pregnancy or need another effective LARC (long acting reversible contraceptive) like Implanon and set your "reproductive health plan" with that clinician.
