This could be stroke: or it could be from other causes of left arm numbness. Is there weakness? Is there increased reflexes. If you think you have a stroke you should see a doctor as soon as possible. An MRI done with diffusion weighted imaging can tell if you have a stroke. Ask your doctor fi this could help you.
