Missed period/crampi: May consider blood HCG, it is more sensitive.Note menstrual irregularities are very common so do not worry. May be infection ( mycoplasma,ureoplasma, yeast. BV), UTI, . Would also check thyroid. Follow up with doctor/urgent care.
