It is inflammed: what you need to do is immobilize it. that is you can get a brace for your wrist.It is indicated for overpronation but it shoud give you ome relief as it is the movingaround that is aggravationg it. I realize you have to move to live but the brace may make your quality of life a little less challenging. also 250 mg of ibuprofen with food. and do not forget soaking in lavender epsom salts.
