I just began taking 100mg 3xs a day of lyrica (pregabalin) 2 weeks ago 4 migraines. i am swollen from my hands 2 feet and calves badly. what wod you recommend i do?

Wean off: Lyrica (pregabalin) adverse effects commonly include swelling of the legs. You can try decreasing the dosage to 100-50mg per day , but most likely you will need to wean off this drug . Other preventative drugs for migraine include topamax and calcium channel blockers such as Isoptin SR or Verapamil ER. Of course natural agents such as feverfew have been used and benefit some patients
