Is It WAY back there: The item may be the larger Vallate papilla that delineate the end of the tongue. If you stick out your tongue and have a friend look, they should be on both sides of the tongue. In a chevron shape. If this white dot is forward to that, brush your tongue and check for two weeks. If it is still there in two weeks, get to a dentist.
