Fertile?: Women using birth control pills are not fertile. That's the whole point of using birth control pills to avoid pregnancy. The hormones in the pills prevent ovulation (prevent fertility). If really worried about pregnancy, a urine pregnancy test done correctly gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened).
