Fatigue: It is normal to feel slightly fatigued after a full nights rest for about for roughly 30 minutes. Generally 7-9 hours is an adequate amount of sleep. If you are feeling fatigued all through the day it is possible you are having nocturnal arousals or awakenings. Alternatively, there are forms of sleep paralysis that occur when awakening which can cause the above symptoms.
