Sugar addiction: Sugar and caffeine are quite addictive. But the rush you get immediately after is not long lasting, leaving you fatigued after trying to stop. You may have to wean yourself down slowly if you are drinking many a day. But the goal would be to wean off and drink mostly water. You will feel MUCH better!
