See your physician: Chest pain on eating or drinking(Odynophagia) strongly suggests a disease of the esophagus. The most common condition to causes are GERD(reflux, with the acid causing severe esophagitis), and esophageal spasm. Drinking very hot liquids can burn the esophagus and also cause odynophagia. Because your symptoms are so severe I recommend an immediate consultation with your physician .
