What could this be, i have pelvic pain, vaginal itching sometimes, more discharge than normal, whitish, and an odd vaginal smell with it?

Yeast infection?: I sounds like a yeast infection. You can try over the counter yeast medications and if it does not improve in 2 days call your doctor. The pevic pain may require and ultrasound if your pain does not improve.

Vaginitis: Mostly bacterial or from gardenella infection. If you have them off and on, for months,see a GYN MD. If u r overweight,then you may be diabetic,if you have not had a Pap smear lately, get one.in essence I am suggesting you to see a good GYN MD .test to check for Diabetes is HBa1C.good luck
