Yeast infection?: I sounds like a yeast infection. You can try over the counter yeast medications and if it does not improve in 2 days call your doctor. The pevic pain may require and ultrasound if your pain does not improve.

Vaginitis: Mostly bacterial or from gardenella infection. If you have them off and on, for months,see a GYN MD. If u r overweight,then you may be diabetic,if you have not had a Pap smear lately, get one.in essence I am suggesting you to see a good GYN MD .test to check for Diabetes is HBa1C.good luck

Your first step is to see your doctor & be tested for yeast as well as other vaginal pathogens including bacteria, trichomonas, chlamydia, etc. One of these likely explains your symptoms.
