Maybe: Anxiety and anger are normal emotions unless they are excessive. You do not describe the circumstances or the emotions so one cannot tell if these have crossed the line to being abnormal. I suggest that you see a mental health professional who can ask specific questions about your situation and make an accurate diagnosis.

Depression?: It sounds like you may be dealing with depression. Depression can cause a lot of symptoms, not just sadness. It would be good for you to talk to your doctor about whether or not a medication may be helpful. Counseling and regular exercise can also be helpful. This is a common problem and does not mean that there is anything wrong with you. It is an illness an just needs treatment.
