Not a problem: With vaccines later is better than never. Of course it would have been best to get the vaccines at 15 months but receiving them at 16 months is just as good and does not delay anything for your 18 month visit.

Minor delay: Many children get off schedule for their vaccines from time to time. Getting the scheduled vaccines updated as soon as possible is important, and if the next set ( not usually due until 18 months anyway) is too close (usually a minimum interval of 4 weeks) it can be rescheduled without much increased risk.
